HURRICANE BILL has been upgraded to a Category 4 HURRICANE by the NOAA WEATHER SERVICE. The NOAA is now classing HURRICANE BILL as a "VERY DANGEROUS HURRICANE" and is warning those in at risk area's to monitor HURRICANE BILL very closely.
